With more than twenty years of experience in accounting and management, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to her leadership role at Complete Production Solution. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was a general accountant for 16 years with Ingenico, a leading provider of payment solutions. Before that, she worked for several years as a freelance accountant. Lisa’s hands-on experience and approach has been invaluable to our producer clients. Notably, she has set up and managed efficient accounting systems for both production and post -production and established a tax credit department designed to assist producers with their up front and back end tax credit needs. As Vice President of Client Services, Lisa is the first point of contact on all productions and she remains available to clients throughout the process, until the job is complete.

Sara Holmes

With more than 15 years of experience as an accountant in filmed entertainment, Sara has worked on numerous productions including variety shows, television series and feature films with budgets running the gamut from $500,000 to $30 million. During that time Sara has honed her skills and gained a deep understanding of the unique requirements of production and post- production accounting. Since joining Complete Production Solution four years ago Sara has provided accounting services on more than 25 productions including international co-productions, content and service productions, while she has also supervised the accounting process on countless other productions in the pipeline at Complete Production Solution. After graduating from university back in 1988, Sara’s first position in the film business was as an assistant director, but she soon came to realize her real place was in the accounting department.

Jim Sternberg

Jim Sternberg brings more than 30 years of Financing and Production experience to the projects he engages with.
In 2003 Jim became President of Film Finances Canada after seven years with The Completion Guarantors (TCG). He has been involved in guaranteeing more than 300 productions with budgets ranging from under a million dollars to over $75 million.
During his 18 years of guaranteeing productions he has developed excellent relationships with banks, financiers, distributors and broadcasters. These relationships have been built on Jim’s ability to be proactive and creative in a crisis. He enjoys rolling up his sleeves to help solve any issues and likes nothing more than finding an innovative solution to a financing or production quandary.
Jim’s experience as a Guarantor has honed his problem solving skills but he also brings technical skills to the table. Prior to becoming a Guarantor Jim was a freelance production accountant. From 1983 to 1996 he was the Controller at Primedia Productions and Production Controller at Atlantis Films along with working on numerous film and television projects as a production accountant.
This experience contributes to his goal of providing solutions. Whether it is working through complicated financing issues or finding the right production personnel, clients can rely on Jim and his team to get their project done in the best, most professional way.
